I Bring Calm to Tangled Problems, Structure to Big Ambitions, and the Follow-Through that Makes a Good Thing a Finished Thing
My philosophy and style: I believe that partnership and transparency are vital, that the hard issues need tackling, that everything can be done when broken into pieces and processes are repeatable, that training others allows you to scale, and that questions are the best ways to uncover root causes. It's my 'secret sauce' in moving something from 'good' to 'finished'.
My background: As an executive in corporate technology at Fortune 500 institutions leading programs across AI, chatbots, payments, data reconciliation, onboarding, entitlements, and reporting, I implemented this philosophy daily. For twelve years I managed international teams, mitigated risk, implemented programs and strategy at scale, and translated between engineers, executives, and the people who had to live with the decisions. In 2019, I was a featured speaker at the Executive Women's Forum in Phoenix.
Before that I was an educator with seven years in the classroom, five of them teaching and building Spanish curricula. Teaching is where I learned how to explain the hard things three different ways without flinching and how to tell when someone's nodding along but hasn't actually understood, yet. Those skills never left me. They just started applying to executive and corporate spaces.
In the margins of all of that, I write. I've been writing for nearly twenty years - two novels, two children's books, a handful of essays or poems (one in International Business Times), a Spanish-language quote book series for language learners, and a full album of songs. I run a small publishing imprint, Last Bite Publishing, whose children's books and merchandise donate proceeds to local animal rescues, and I help other creatives realize their visions.

The thread through all of it is the same: I'm good at helping people and teams move from clouded to clear. I bring calm to tangled problems, structure to big ambitions, and the kind of follow-through that turns a good plan into a finished thing. If that sounds like someone you'd want in the room, I'd love to hear from you.
