I Untangle Problems, Structure Big Ambitions, Find Clarity, and Move You Forward
My philosophy and style:
I love solving a problem. I believe that partnership and transparency are vital, that the hard issues need tackling, that everything can be done when broken into pieces and processes are repeatable, that training others allows you to scale, and that questions are the best ways to uncover root causes. It's my 'secret sauce' in helping individuals, businesses, and leaders find clarity. If that sounds like someone you'd want in the room, I'd love to hear from you.
My background:
As an exec in corporate technology, I led new or under-defined programs. For twelve years, I worked in emerging fields like IAM, OpEx, and AI/chatbots. I also oversaw payments, data reconciliation, onboarding, and reporting. Across it all, I managed and trained international teams, mitigated risk, implemented programs and strategy at scale, and translated between engineers, executives, and the people who had to live with the decisions. In 2019, I was a featured speaker at the Executive Women's Forum in Phoenix.
Prior to that, I was an educator with ten years tutoring and five years teaching and building Spanish curricula. Teaching is where I learned how to explain the hard things three different ways and to tell when someone was nodding along despite not understanding. Those skills apply to all spaces.
Across all of that, I've written and designed. I've written two novels, two children's books, a handful of essays and poems (one in International Business Times), a Spanish-language quote book series for language learners, and a full album of songs. I run a small publishing imprint, Last Bite Publishing, whose children's books and merchandise donate proceeds to local animal rescues, and I help other creatives realize their visions. I've also designed floorpans, built two homes, and renovated a third.
