About Stephanie: the Monthly Moment
Clarity, Boundaries, An Interview, A Game, and Moving Forward
Monthly moments give you usable takeaways, quick refreshes, and exciting highlights.

CHAPTER 01 / The Small Effort
Clarity: Don't Miss Your 15-Min
In high-demand seasons, acceleration is often our default response. It's easy to get bogged down by the requirements on our time. Carving out 15 uninterrupted minutes (or, let's be real, sometimes even just 5!) gives our brain space to find clarity, naturally rethinking urgency.
You're not productive when you're burnt out. Breaks help keep you going.
CHAPTER 02 / Actionable Tip
Boundaries: "No" is a Full and Acceptable Sentence
In a time where everyone wants to hear "Yes", remember it's okay to say "No". If it doesn't serve the below questions, then become comfortable deferring it.
1. Does this directly align with my primary objective for Q4 and / or set me up for a better Q1? 2. Is this a need or a want? If it's a want, can it wait? 3. Do I have mental / physical / financial space for it?
"No" is uncomfortable for most people. But "No" is an acceptable answer and a full sentence.
CHAPTER 03 / Updates
An Interview: Conversations on Purpose & Growth
Stephanie recently joined the Breakfast Leadership podcast and had a great conversation with Michael about "The Real Reason You Haven't Reached Your Goals Yet." Tune in for an honest, practical dialogue.
CHAPTER 04 / Fun Facts
I love games, especially ones that challenge my brain. It's a nice 2-3 minute pause from the day to help me reset
