Plus 1 = Courage again: I put this one here again because it's not just about facing the oncoming. It's also about "Courage to be Vulnerable," and that means being able to say sorry to the people in your charge, admit when you've made a misstep, explain the consequences of that misstep and what you are doing to right it. This is too often missed, and is critical in building trusting and lasting relationships.
